Jan was such a wonderful man, full of life, laughter and love. I can just imagine how happy and proud he would be on your wedding day Eleri! I will always remember him as my fun-loving uncle- always up to play a game and have a laugh! I hope that some day we can beat this disease. Lots of love xxx
